Falafel Chips

Q: What did the garbanzo say to the chickpea when he woke with a fever?
A: I falafel!
[Insert rim shot here. And the sound of crickets… here.]
Bad jokes aside, if beans could talk, they'd ask for Trader Joe's Falafel Chips. We've blended corn and garbanzo beans with a special blend of herbs, spices and a whole bunch of veggies—onion, celery, spinach, carrot, red bell pepper, tomato, and green bell pepper. The chips have a flavor that's quite unique, unlike anything we've tasted in a chip. They're much more like, um… falafel. Well, that makes a certain kind of sense; certainly more sense than our opening joke.
Trader Joe's Falafel Chips are great for dipping. Dip them in salsa or guacamole, onion dip or ranch, or really go bean-wild and pair them with hummus for a veritable bean bonanza! We're selling each eight ounce bag for $3.49, a value bonanza worthy of a good joke. If you think of one, let us know.
