Gluten Free Pizza Crusts
Gluten free breads, gluten free pretzels, gluten free baked goods, gluten free cereal, gluten free beer... We have it all. But we realized there was one large, circular hole in our gluten free offerings, roughly the size of a pizza crust. And Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pizza Crusts seems to fill that quite nicely.
We’ve sold Organic Pizza Crust in our freezers for some time now. Many of you have probably enjoyed adorning these crusts with your favorite sauces, cheeses and toppings. With the rise of gluten intolerance, it’s time we made pizza making easy for all those wishing to make pizza. Our supplier uses a proprietary mixture of buckwheat, sorghum, and rice flours to create the perfect doughy texture—exactly what you want in pizza dough!
These Gluten Free Pizza Crusts are also not “delicate” like other gluten free pizza dough we’ve encountered. Feel free to fold them, stuff them, pile ingredients on them, and bake them to your favorite level of crispiness.
After defrosting a crust for 15-25 minutes, pile on Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Pizza Sauce, and your favorite pizza toppings—maybe arugula and prosciutto, or the classic Sliced Pepperoni. Or green peppers, red onions, Marinated Artichokes... Okay, we could go on, but we’ll leave some up to your imagination.
We’re selling each two-crust, 15.5 ounce package of Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pizza Crusts for the outstanding price of $3.69. Every day.
