Here's how it works: Trader Joe's contributes an amount equal to 15.4% of your gross income each year to your retirement account. This account earns tax-deferred income until you retire... nothing comes out of your paycheck, and you don't contribute a single cent! Now that's a benefit that's hard to beat, but easy to retire on. So we will.
